On Friday 21st November 2008 Intrum Justitia Ireland were honoured with the Consumer Credit Team of the Year Award, for the best consumer credit team in Ireland in 2008. The company were selected from a large number of top businesses in Ireland by a panel of Industry experts, based on relative performance and KPI improvements over the year, endorsements given by a number of key clients and in recognition of the levels of innovation as well as attention given to staff and customers throughout their collections operation. Nick Biggam, Managing Director, accepted this award on behalf of the company from Joe Mead, Head of the Financial Services Ombudsman in Ireland, at the annual awards dinner for the Irish Institute of Credit Management.
Commenting on the award, Nick said “this is a very important award within the industry which we are proud to receive. It is a reflection both of the significant advances we have introduced within our collections operation in Ireland during 2008 as well as our good and growing relationships with many key clients”.
